    • Authorized Resale Only: Epoch bracelets are approved for resale in your physical retail store only. Online sales require separate written approval.

    • Minimum Order: Starter orders begin at 25 units. Higher tiers offer better pricing.

    • Pricing Confidentiality: Wholesale prices and margins are confidential and may not be publicly displayed or advertised.

    • Brand Presentation: Partners are expected to display Epoch bracelets in a clean, professional manner. We reserve the right to request photos of your display.

    • Brand Representation: You agree to represent Epoch and its mission in a positive light.

    • Approval Required: All applications are subject to review and approval. We may request additional information about your business.

    • No Unauthorized Discounts: Retail partners may not run unapproved promotions or deep discounts that could damage the brand.

    • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to pause or terminate any partnership that does not follow these guidelines.

  • By submitting a partnership application, you agree to the following terms:

    1. Application & Approval:
      Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Epoch reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

    2. Wholesale Pricing:
      All pricing is wholesale and intended for resale only. You may not sell below the suggested minimum retail price without prior approval.

    3. Intellectual Property:
      All trademarks, product images, descriptions, and branding materials remain the property of Epoch. You may use approved marketing materials for promoting Epoch products only.

    4. Payment & Shipping:
      Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless net terms have been approved. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the retailer.

    5. Returns & Defects:
      Defective products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be pre-approved.

    6. Termination:
      Epoch may terminate the partnership at any time if these terms are violated or for any other reason at our discretion.

    7. Limitation of Liability:
      Epoch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the partnership.

    8. Changes to Terms:
      We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

    9. Governing Law:
      These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
